Ms. Mutz is a seasoned attorney who focuses on land use, real estate, and estate planning and administration. She advises local businesses and nonprofit organizations on legal matters from formation, to employment, transactions and more. Ms. Mutz worked for a Los Angeles business litigation firm for six years representing individual entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits and common interest developments in litigation, transactional, and advisory matters. In 2017, she moved to Santa Barbara where she handled insurance bad faith, civil rights, employment litigation, personal injury, and education law before joining Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray. Ms. Mutz now lives in Montecito with her husband, two sons, and a ferocious cat. She serves on the Board of Trustees for a local independent school and is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, Santa Barbara Women’s Political Committee, the Santa Barbara Women’s Health Coalition, and the Santa Barbara Women Lawyers.
